1. Have your references uploaded somewhere ( ex: * Google Drive, Toyhouse, etc ), please make sure there are in a good quality for better understanding!2. Go to the service you would like to request and copy&paste the Order Form in the form below.3. Fill the form with the necessary information. Be as specific as possible! and if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.4. Don't forget to fill the subject and required information !!5. Send it and wait for our response! ♥* To make a file or folder public in Google Drive, you only have to right click it ( or click the three dots ), → share → share (again) → change restricted to anyone with the link → copy the link and share it.

By commissioning us, you are agreeing to our terms of service and policy of usage.
Please note that if you break any of these rules, you may be blacklisted.

General

  • You're allowed to repost the artwork made for you with proper credit given.

  • DO NOT take huge inspiration / reference / trace / copy / draw on it / claim as yours / remove watermark from any of our artists works.

  • WE DON'T tolerate anything related to NFTs and AI generated images.

Rights

  • Our artist retain the rights of the artwork.

  • They may display the in-progress and finished work on our and they social media. Feel free to request a delay in the posting.

Process

  • Each artists has their own time to finish the work.

  • They send a sketch for approval. Ask for any changes in this step.

  • Feel free to reach us for any update. Don't rush our artists, please.

  • You're going to be charged if you request for a big change when the artwork is finished already. And if it was not our fault.

Payment

  • The payment is completely upfront. If the amount to pay is very high, we can opt for a two-part payment arrangement.

  • Payments are in USD through PayPal or VGen.

Reselling

  • You cannot resell the artwork we made for you.

  • You can only resell it, at a lower price, if you're also selling the character protagonist of the work. Please, ask us or the artist for confirmation.

Cancelling & Refunding

  • Please make sure you can afford our services.

  • Cancellation requests are allowed if the payment has not been sent yet.

  • Two-part payment can be refunded only if the second part has not been sent yet.

  • We don't do full refunds. Only if we are unable to complete the service.

Commercial Use

  • Our work is only for PERSONAL USE.

  • To profit with our artists work, you need to purchase a COMMERCIAL LICENSE.

  • When using a COMMERCIAL LICENSE you must credit the artist somewhere.

PERSONAL USE: For private enjoyment or personal projects that are not shown or distributed to the public for profit.COMMERCIAL USE ( free ): For public content such as posts or videos but without obtaining a direct benefit from it.COMMERCIAL USE for PROFIT: To create products for sale or to obtain direct financial benefit from it. ( ex: merchandise, content in videogames, etc )
